During our 30-minute phone call, we will discuss and explore our wide range of wellness services in detail based on your needs and desires. Not sure about your needs or desires? That's perfectly fine! That's what a Discovery Call Consultation is all about! We can work together to uncover your true desires and learn how to take actionable steps towards achieving them.

As a Holistic Wellness Advocate, Kathleen will recommend one or more of her various services she offers through Blissful Balance with Kathleen, such as:

Hypnotherapy Sessions: with Restful Sleep Solutions, Realigning Beliefs and Values to Balance, and Remove Subconscious Blocks & Obstacles

Life Coaching: with Mindfulness and Reframing Techniques to by identifying goals, consciously finding obstacles, and creating behavior changes to overcome them. 

Meditation: Relaxation Techniques Calm Anxious Feelings and Encourage Joyful Peace, and Blissful Balance: Body, Mind, Emotions and Soul.  

This consultation is also an opportunity for you and Kathleen to learn about each other and your unique situation, needs and preferences. By understanding your specific wellness goals, Kathleen can design a specialized plan that utilizes one or a combination of her wellness services, ensuring a personalized approach tailored just for you.
